We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 5 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return:
Submit a Request: Email us at info@shinewlb.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions.
Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Please include all tags and accessories.
Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
Items must be in original, unused condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
We do not accept returns on perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, cosmetics, and perfumes). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days
